Pros:
Location was good.
Cons:
Heat went off frequently, owner told me if I complain to him or the city again he’ll kick me out. Had an illegal ceiling in bathroom and it caved in. There were mice and roaches and no lighting in the living room.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your apartments, lived here 10 years and paid rent on time every time and was treated like a dog in the end.
