Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by Adam Ginsburg reveal mixed experiences. While some residents appreciate the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the management, particularly the super, others highlight significant issues such as outdated infrastructure leading to frequent breakdowns, heating problems, and poor pest control. Many tenants express discontent with overall management, describing it as unhelpful and dismissive of tenant needs. Noise from neighbors and security concerns also feature prominently in complaints. Although some buildings are well-maintained, potential renters should exercise caution and consider the mixed feedback before committing. Overall, management responsiveness might vary significantly across properties.

Overall good building

Pros

Great super, things usually get fixed very quickly

Cons

Building is getting old and things break often

Avoid at all costs

Pros

Nice looking apartment with big windows

Cons

This building is falling apart and filthy. Beware of mice infestation. Multiple apartments have had mice over the past year. It's a poorly maintained building and all of the appliances are breaking. While the super and maintenance are very pleasant to work with, management is terrible and nasty.
