Reviews

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Decent temporary space

Pros

Most neighbors are friendly and older. Some are loud. Nice fountain area. Well insulated.

Cons

Old building so toilets always clogged. We kept it impeccably clean but had roaches, but that can happy anywhere.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

5-yr tenant, good experience

Pros

Responsive super, monthly pest control visit and spray

Cons

Some of the repairs were superficial vs true fixes e.g. laying linoleum over old, peeling linoleum instead of replacing. New linoleum started peeling within a couple weeks
