Balcony view and all the doormen.
Cons
No gas for over 2 months, no hot water for 2 days now, mouse in kitchen and elevator breaks down every Sunday for days.
Advice to the owners
Replacement of elevators, boiler, and serious extermination of mice, building is infested

Pros
- Spacious apartments with massive closets - Laundry in building - Convenience to the subway and close to shops/restaurants - Packages are safe and kept in a room for you - Some of the doormen are nice
Cons
- Pests are out of control (can literally hear mice in the walls) and see roaches around the building often - Elevators are always broken - Supers and landlords are not responsive and ignore you + the problems you have for months
Advice to the owners
Resign effective immediately and hire someone who’s actually dedicated to taking care of the building
