Exploiitative

Pros

Quick and easy to get an apartment.

Cons

Heater barely worked. Hot water was in unit, so we had to pay to keep the hot water on (separate bill from electricity).

Advice to the owners

Give back my security deposit.

My Student Experience

Pros

Apartment was very quiet, as we were at the back of the building.

Cons

Had a leak in my bedroom the entire 1yr 7mos I lived there, never fixed no matter how many times I asked. Apartment was broken into, but landlord was responsive after the fact by changing locks.
