Pros

Location is great. Neighbors are nice. Price is incredible.

Just the noise form the west village but it’s hardly an issue.

Nice Space, Ideal Location

Pros

This location cannot be beat - steps to Bleeker, Christopher and all of the West Village, but the block is relatively quiet. Right between the West 4th and Christopher St sub stations (<5 min walk to both) so easy to get anywhere. Unit is more spacious than you would expect for a studio.
