The roaches though...

Pros

Friendly neighbors, great location, helpful building staff

Cons

The roaches. Exterminator comes every 2 weeks but only about 10% of the units are sprayed (per the sign up sheet). Roaches end up in the common areas as well. The windows are also terribly insulated so heavy curtains are a must in the winter.

Enforce extermination of all of the units and common areas
