pretty good but typical new construction woes; management sucks

Pros

good neighbors, super and porters are super nice. bike room and package room is nice. pretty decent.

Cons

4th ave is noisy. management took forever to respond to requests. had issues with building (mold, hot water not working, w/d issue) and management took forever to respond. Because of the way new construction is done nowadays (cheapest as possible) there are pipe/mold issues that are kind of impossible to fix for good.

Good building, management kinda sucks

Pros

Good amenities - good units - pretty quiet if you have a back facing unit. Staff are great.

Cons

cheap construction -- we had water damage in our unit. Needs to be maintained a bit better, but this is probably par for the course for most rentals. It's pretty alright

Advice to the owners

Maintain it better please. More responsive to requests
