Horrible neighborhood outside
Pros
Really nice apartment. Two large living rooms spaces. Have the whole floor
Cons
The in unit dryer never worked and the outside of the building is near major homeless encampments

Solid option with some caveats
Pros
Very large units. Maintenance guy in the building is super nice and helpful. Elevator is very nice. Cool bathroom and door fixtures.
Cons
The flexes in the unit had weird behavior due to shared central air and overhead lighting. Location around port authority gets a bit sketchy in the summer. When things stopped working it was hard to get management to fix them.
