Good location, great water pressure
Cons
Lived on top floor and people would jump on the flimsy roof, not sure if they were residents

Everything you could want but overpriced
Pros
Laundry in units. Quiet. Responsive management. Central air/heat. Bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy
Cons
Heat bill is outrageous. Its all heated with electricity. Expect to pay 500-600 a month in coldest months.
