Absolute NIGHTMARE apartment

Spacious room I guess? But so is hell

Absolutely insane tenants in the building. Brianna in 1R was arrested for assaulting a tenant in the building. PAPER THIN WALLS. Management neglects tenants rights and allows for this type of behavior. Do not expect to receive help from management for ANYTHING

Fine building but management is useless

The building is in a good location, on the corner so gets a lot of sunlight, renovated, neighbors are nice

YHT MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT !! Water heater was replaced recently and caused a gas leak, building had no hot water for 5 days and management was completely useless in fixing it. Also basement units have flooded multiple times!

Advice to the owners

Please hire staff who are actually responsive and care about the tenants in the building. Your staff is extremely dismissive and treat tenants like a nuisance when we reach out about the (many) maintenance requests needed in the building.
