Great building - reccomend
Pros
I really loved this building and wish I could stay
Cons
Some of the units are older. there is a slight cockroach problem in some units (some others not at all), i think those closer to garbage shoot if i had to guess. but the building pays for someone to come in monthly to exterminate.

Nice cozy apartment
Pros
Well maintained small building with no pests or bug issues. Very quiet, clean and good management.
