Location: Amazing, Management: Terrible

Pros

- great neighborhood & great neighbors - never worried about stolen packages - great schools - family friendly neighborhood - great strips of bars and restaurants.

Cons

- right by a freeway very loud all the time. - the quality of management just is not there. Literally non-responsive. - Worse super I’ve ever dealt with. We had to convince him that we had no hot water. - unreliable train lines - Super expensive(Carroll gardens in general)

Advice to the owners

With higher prices should come quality not greed.
