    Location: Amazing, Management: Terrible
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - great neighborhood & great neighbors
    - never worried about stolen packages
    - great schools
    - family friendly neighborhood
    - great strips of bars and restaurants.
    Cons:
    - right by a freeway very loud all the time.
    - the quality of management just is not there. Literally non-responsive.
    - Worse super I’ve ever dealt with. We had to convince him that we had no hot water.
    - unreliable train lines
    - Super expensive(Carroll gardens in general)
    Advice to owner:
    With higher prices should come quality not greed.
