Great place to live
Pros
Very responsive landlord and live-in super; convenient location to laundromat even though not included in building; no pest issues in several years living there
Cons
On busy street that can be loud; Apartment units are on the smaller side

Building in good shape
Pros
Super on site doing a great job at keeping the building clean and is very responsive.
Cons
Property owner company is horrible, very unresponsive, took a while to get the deposit back.
