New-ish Lobby. Mailroom. Laundry

Cons

- crawling with roaches. Exterminator used to come once a week but if you forget to follow up they will not come. The exterminator only does 2 passes and the bottom perimeter of the kitchen. The garbage room in the floor crawls with roaches of all sizes (small ones lately)

Advice to the owners

Stop being so cheap. Even the staff in the building says the whole building has roaches

Cons

Markets bedrooms as true bedrooms when they are flex- be careful and check with listing office. Elevators always broken, management takes forever to get back to you
