Pros:
Front desk is super nice
garbage person is very good, garbage room is clean
good room temp control system
Cons:
Silverfish infestation - constantly coming from baseboards, bathroom, and kitchen. Management has not addressed this building-wide pest problem.
Extreme static electricity - getting shocked constantly throughout the building, even by my own apartment door.
No natural light - scaffolding has been up for years, blocking sunlight and views.
Laundry machines is very bad quality
Uneven floors - noticeable slope, furniture wobbles.
