Great building with responsive management

Pros

-Clean, haven’t dealt with many bugs at all -Maintenance is very fast and easy -Doormen are very friendly and helpful -Lots of elevators so you’re never waiting too long. -Apartments are aesthetically pleasing and practical -Lots of social events set up by management

-Gym in building, but it’s very expensive (Lifetime) and there’s no resident discount -Studio tend to be very small
