Horrible Building

Pros

You only pay electric Rent is below 1400$ for a 3 bedroom

Cons

No Internet Rats roam the building Landlord doesnt care about tenants People who work at management office are mean.

Advice to the owners

Take care of your tenants. Most of us have been living here for 20 plus years. There are people who have holes in their ceiling because of water in the walls.

I’ve been living here for over 20 yrs it’s a beautiful and nice neighborhood

Cons

The owners and management office are very disrespectful. Also they don’t never respond to any form of request unless 311 is called!

Fire this whole team except the cleaners, they do try
