Best management I’ve had in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is quick to respond. Heat and water are always good. Great natural light, tones of space. Finished rooftop and balcony. Well maintained.
Cons:
Occasional roach, however there is a pest control group who comes and sprays once a month. Appliances could be updated.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

Better to find another place
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was not far from the subway stop. It was near grocery stores and pharmacy.
Cons:
I used to know someone who lived there before. The rats came in through the toilet and gnawed through it to get out. Terrorized the entire apartment. That tenant left 2 months earlier than end of lease. The super refused to acknowledge the issue although he did send someone to supposedly take care of it. Didn’t really help much. It was also difficult to reach the super. He was very rude and even annoyed that we even thought it was an issue.
Advice to owner:
Change managements. Properly deal with the rat infestation.
