Some good some bad
Pros
Clean, garbage disposal, empty gym must days, location is great and convenient, exterminator once’s a month.
Cons
If you’re on the Broadway side, the train doesn’t bother me, but the club located on it does. Music extremely loud, they are open on Sundays and sometimes closed at 6am. Never a normal schedule or closed at 4am as they said. The music is so loud shakes my apt.

Cons
The bar attached to the building is so loud it shakes the walls. There's always screaming in the street. Rooms are really poorly insulated so always freezing. Management is not responsive. Some tenants are pretty sure that management is stealing the mail -- things only disappear when management is there + management refuses to help or give you the footage of your item getting stolen. Building is nice but it's rapidly falling apart.

Do even the bare minimum
