Terrible management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing pro about this building
Cons:
Rats in the walls and outside. Building smells terrible.
Management doesn’t address issues will just send emails saying someone will come by to check on problems yet never do.
Advice to owner:
Do better

Avoid this building if you want an ounce of peace
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern styling and renovation, updated appliances, consistent water pressure. Management is responsive toward low-lift issues. The units are decently sized with a living room, kitchen area and four bedrooms. Central HVAC and well-sized closets per room. Nice location to the J.
Cons:
Management made the process of signing the lease an ordeal, and then the unit wasn't clean at ALL when we moved in. They grumble about making any sort of fix when needed. Notably didn't replace a near-shattered front door without me nagging for 4 straighr months, the AC broke every June (and they took 2 months to fix it), and haven't replaced the keypad code to the door after a BREAK IN. Neighbors have been hit or miss but mostly a miss - rude people. Landlord tried to illegally overcharge late rent fee and only backed down when I brought up the law. Building overall isn't well maintained, and while laundry and dryer is in-building, it is in the basement so the bluetooth you need to operate it from your phone barely works. If you're looking at this place, you CAN do better.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to scam tenants, make repairs immediately and jfc CLEAN THE BUILDING!!

4/5 Building isn't bad but management could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, pretty responsive to maintenance requests.
Cons:
Confusing support system and bad at keeping outdoor areas clean (lots of rats in the backyard, poorly managed trash in front)

Avoid this building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice backyard space, a few cool neighbors. Close to the subway.
Cons:
Landlord does not care about tenants at all and the management is spotty at best. Frequent issues with pests (mice and roaches) Walls are paper thin (you can hear everything your neighbors say) Maintenance issues go unresolved (the front door has been broken for over a year)
