Gem of an apartment building

Pros

This building has everything you need and none of the hassle. The doormen and staff are friendly, the neighbors are wonderful and considerate, and the location is perfect. In living there for 4+ years we never had more than a minor fixable issue. Maintenance and super are quick and responsive.
