soho is a great neighborhood

The apartments are overpriced and small. The management are scammers. They refused to return my deposit for no valid reason and tried to extort me into paying even more money. They tried this with many other tenants as well. Beware. Do not rent from 144 Sullivan St Equities.

liars and scammers. they stole my entire security deposit.

Really good value place on a quiet street

Cons

Rooms are small, hot water takes a long time to start in the morning and frequently doesn't start (although management is aware). Garbage sometimes builds up in the entryway.
