Review Summary for 350 Central Park West Associates LLC
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for buildings managed by 350 CENTRAL PARK WEST ASSOCIATES LLC reveal a mixed tenant experience. While the location and building staff receive appreciation, numerous complaints focus on persistent maintenance issues such as frequent elevator breakdowns, poor water pressure, inconsistent heating, and pest infestations. Several renters express frustration over slow or ineffective owner responsiveness to urgent repairs and concerns. Though some neighbors enjoy the quietness and friendly doormen, overall management is often perceived as inadequate to address fundamental building upkeep and infrastructure problems, resulting in dissatisfaction and recommendations to improve responsiveness and renovate aging facilities.

Quiet UWS co-op building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice and quiet building in a neighborhood with access to many stores and supermarkets nearby. It has a lived-in super.
Cons:
It's an older building with dated laudry faciliy in the basement.

Everything breaks down
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location,

Building staff wonderful.
Cons:
Broken elevator 50% of the time
Holes, water leaks, cockroaches, insects, broken windows.
Staff don’t have power to fix the bigger issues.
Inflated rent given all the problems
Advice to owner:
Lower rent and fix problems.

Probably worst building owner in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen and neighbors are nice
Cons:
You can't get past the poor management of this building
The water pressure is horrific, our flow rate is <.5 gallons per minute
We regularly have no cold water (it randomly stops working) so our children wind up crying during the shower because they are scalded
Elevators are broken 80% of the time
People smoke in the stairwells so apartments smell of smoke
Pipes regularly break
Advice to owner:
SELL THE BUILDING.
