Decent Postgrad buolding

Pros

Good closet space, super friendly staff (other than leasing office), decently priced, good amenities. Good community events

Cons

The elevators are always broken and it takes an insane amount of time to get up/down. The laundry machines are not the best and require multiple cycles and are pretty pricey. There is not wifi in the basement (gym/laundry)

Advice to the owners

Fix the elevators permanently
