Pros:
Good location, quiet
Cons:
Slovenly neighbor repeatedly left food on top of recycling bin, was not reprimanded, attracted lots of roaches to that area.

Really clean and well taken care of. Very quiet apartments as.
Cons:
Not a lot of night life in the neighborhood
