Solid building with great staff

Pros

The doormen and maintenance staff were always friendly and attentive. The building was clean and good neighbors

My apartment faced 34th st and was noisy. Scaffolding has been up a long time. But otherwise no complaints aside

Great place to start my nyc experience

Pros

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The common areas were kept nice and clean.

Cons

Personally, I was just the floor that I was on which is a lower floor, which was very noisy. Also, scaffolding has been erected for about five years now.
