Pros

location, laundry in building, dishwasher! Great building, responsive and kind management. Absolutely loved living here!

Can get slightly noisy, but that is just given the nature of being on Avenue A

My neighbor in 3D smokes every day and it reeks in my apartment. Management has done nothing about it. Packages get stolen all the time by neighbors, once I found packaging in my neighbor’s trash from a lost package I had.
