Pros

The apartment is spacious, is pet friendly, has central air, and yard access. Management is responsive.

Cons

Management will come to your house and not fix anything. Ever. We’ve had a leak running through our ceiling and walls for years and they just spackle over it.

High Electric Bills I live on first floor and hallway entry sound is very loud Garbage piles up Management can be better with maintenance requests. They only patch problems not truly fix them
