A pleasant place
Pros
Building is extremely well kept. Units are spacious and in good condition. The lobby is always clean.
Cons
Sometimes the heat needs to be on and it just isn't. It can be quite cold, but if you text the super the heat will come on eventually.
Advice to the owners
Keep the apartments warmer in the winter.

Good value for the price
Pros
Unit was rent stabilized, giving me much more space than I could afford in a market rate apartment and no rent hikes. Super is out in the hallways cleaning every day. Neighbors are friendly and it is a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Cons
Roach problem, they have a monthly pest control signup but it seems to be a building infestation
