Advice to owner:
Do better, you would not want to live like this! It’s absolutely disgusting and disrespectful that you have tenants living the way they do. You should be ashamed.

Updated apts with structural issues and horrible mgmt

Pros:
Updated appliances and apts, they look great until you live in them for a while. ac/heat units in each room
Cons:
Leaks, frozen water pipes, disgusting neighbors in the building. Management doesn't care what you do or what you need unless you withhold money from them.
Advice to owner:
React to your tenants requests instead of ignoring them
