Decent in Hells Kitchen

Pros

Unit itself was nice, the subway is nearby, and no pest issues inside the unit itself

Cons

Management is unresponsive and not very helpful, the lower floors are extremely dirty and the trash slash laundry room constantly had roaches and mice. The hardwood floors in the units are scuffed and a bus line runs outside so it gets noisy sometimes.
