Super is AMAZING! Overall the building is nice, quiet, and clean
Management is slow to respond to/address issues
Large living space, nice location
Too many issues with the apartment and it never got repaired. Cockroaches even when the apartment was cleaned and sprayed. Elevator always broken. Heat doesn’t work properly in the winter. Paper thin walls.
