Dirty with a Thieve Property Owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
By the Mall
Cons:
Terrible Landlord - Does not want to fix anything just collects no accommodations. Disgusting way of communicating with no respect to tenants. Selfish and Greedy! Cheapskate
Unit- Freezing Cold, Cheap Fixtures, Wall Cracks, Terrible Smell, Always Dark no Lights!
Disgusting Backyard, 0 amenities

Stay away from this place at all cost!
Find an owner that cares for their tenants. Price you pay here are not worth it.
Advice to owner:
Get to know your tenants and assist in fixing issues. Pay attention to your tenants request if you care about owning Property

Extremely Old Apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Access to the Mall and local stores
Cons:
Exterior of building needs work. Apartments are very old. Winter is very cold due to the age of building. Many of the wall end up cracking. Very minimal improvement when renovated. No cleaning or maintenance to property, with unfair pricing. Favoritism as is best.
Advice to owner:
Apartments need improvement. Poor maintenance. Value your tenants.
