Nice building with great people

Friendly tenants, large and spacious, elevator in building, laundry in basement

Cons

Sometimes the super is hard to reach and you have to ask multiple times for things to be done- also very messy with his work and doesn’t clean up after himself when he’s done.

Cons

We had mold in our bathroom and all the super did was put paint over it. Lots of loud neighbors.
