Pros:
Elevator building
Cheap rent
Cons:
We had mold in our bathroom and all the super did was put paint over it.
Lots of loud neighbors.

High ceilings, elevator in building
Cons:
Public areas dirty, any apartment issues take a long time to be fixed.
Advice to owner:
Super could be more responsive.

Good area, ok building

Location is good near 1 and A train
Cons:
Rats, cockroaches, very dirty basement, broken locks on front door, entire apartment is held together by putty
Advice to owner:
Clean please
