Not a bad experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly well kept
Cons:
Super and manager fairly unresponsive
Advice to owner:
Need to recognize the distinction between bad and good tenants better. Tenants who take care of their apartments and have needs related to upkeep are not bad, they could be dealing with the opposite

Old building but pretty decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
After living here for awhile we were able to get some minor renovations done and old faulty appliances replaced. Super lives in building. Maria the landlord is great and responsive via email/phone.
Cons:
It's an old building. Can't really control the heat so it can get hot in winter. We had mice in the past, but the exterminator comes once a month and since filling holes we have been fine. I think the units vary greatly. Some are nice and newly renovated while some are not.
