Well kept bulling, responsive and helpful management, gate around building entrance, overall a great find for the price

Good super, horrid management

Location. The super. Elevator.

Cons

Building is not secure. Easy to break into the building due to easy to break locks. Homeless sometimes found sleeping in stairway. Mice infested. Trash often all over the basement and not often put in closed trash cans which leads to mice. Mgmt never responds to tenants.

Advice to the owners

Secure the doors into the building. Need security camera to see who is buzzing your apt. Provide enough trash bins to keep trash off the floor. Have daily visits to basement to secure all trash into containers and not on the floor. Pest control visits weekly.
