Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by Rick Serrapica report generally well-maintained and clean common areas with responsive supers who address repairs promptly. Heating and water pressure are usually reliable, though occasional pest problems, such as cockroaches and bed bugs, have been noted, with varying success in extermination efforts. Residents appreciate quiet, kind neighbors in some locations but warn of noise and disruptive tenants in others. Management responsiveness ranges from timely to slow, with some renters citing issues with communication and follow-up, especially in Brooklyn properties. Security concerns, such as broken locks and package theft, have also been mentioned. Overall, tenants find some buildings pleasant but advise improved pest control and management consistency.
