Review Summary for Seward Housing, LLC
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for buildings managed by SEWARD HOUSING, LLC show a mix of experiences. Some tenants praise clean hallways, timely repairs, good heating, and friendly neighbors. However, there are significant concerns about pest infestations, including mice and bugs, as well as issues with security, such as homeless individuals in hallways and unsecured entrances. Garbage management and water pressure receive mixed feedback. Responsiveness from management also varies, with some reporting quick responses while others describe poor communication and inadequate problem resolution. Elevating security measures, improving pest control, and enhancing consistent management responsiveness would greatly improve tenant satisfaction in these buildings.

Building is horrible dirty and unsafe homeless sleeping in hall ways
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment size is nice, and they do mop the building every day.
Cons:
Tenant allow dogs to walk without leashes, dog crap sounds the building in abundance. Rent scams are being ran here. They are trying to hike up the rent by hundreds. Homeless sleeping in halls and exits. Lobby and first floor are never locked or sercured. Laundry room closes way to early way to expensive and machine tend to bebroken.
Advice to owner:
Building is in desperate need of Sercurity. And rend should rent should never be raised hundreds of dollars in between tenants that’s not legal! Go over each tenants rent and adjust it accordingly before the lawsuit start because I’m definitely going to sue for rent over charges
