The historical structure is nice. Good solid brickwork if you live on the church side. Very close to the subway.
Cons
Pests! The amount of wandering roaches is concerning. At one point the building was a rat motel (rats living in walls and running around fighting and keeping the neighbors up at night). Good luck getting a quick response about your concerns. Takes about 5 tries before you get a response. The package theft situation is also horrendous. Lots of druggies are able to access the building so watch out for needles when you walk around. Rooftop maintenance is non existent.
