It's modern on the inside, common areas are clean, convenient for the subway
Cons
Management isn't the most responsive but not terrible, rent is way too high for the size of the apartments

- Nice neighbors (Left packages out and didn't have any issues)
Cons
- Washer and dryer are in a different building outside (it's private to the apartment complex), and you have to walk down these metal stairs to get there. In the winter, it completely iced over and made it really difficult to go there - There were cockroach issues, but management was decent about hiring someone to spray apartments often. - I had an apartment facing the outside street (8th ave) and it was just really dark in the apartment constantly. The window facing the courtyard basically gets no sunlight - Our security deposit wasn't fully returned ($300 taken) because it had to be "repainted and detailed clean". It was just really odd considering when we first rented the apartment, the floors were really dirty...
