Love unlocking the door from my phone
Pros
Small thing, but the app-based door access is genuinely one of my favorite features here. No keys to lose, no lockout panic. The maintenance team has also been fast every time I've needed them - real efficiency, no delays. The rooms are a good size, the AC works well, and the laundry setup is convenient.
Cons
For the price and flexibility, this is hard to beat in New York. Would absolutely recommend.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Pros
Great location near Columbia and UWS hotspots. The decor was charming, and I liked having both privacy and shared space options. Worth it for the location and cozy setup. The Wi-Fi and gym were excellent too.
Cons
sometimes my roommate was a bit noisy at night
