Pros
Location is very central. Decent sized space for the area.
Cons
Roaches, mice, constant plumbing issues. Radiators work 50% of the time. Hot water will be off randomly with no notice. ConEd turned the gas off to the whole building for multiple weeks due to the buildings lack of maintenance. Stairwell is dirty, always in a state of "repair".

Garbage situation is bad-homeless people open up the dumpsters and leave stuff around a lot.
