Decent building, great super

Pros

Quite clean, the super (Carl) lives here and he’s literally sooo nice and helpful. Elevator always works. The walls between units are great I literally never hear my neighbors, even dogs except if they’re in the hallway.

Cons

Lots of things eg floors falling in a subtle state of disrepair. Building manager can be unresponsive at times. Biggest issue is the electricity bills are super high bc the ac/heating units are quite inefficient

Pretty solid building

Pros

I haven’t had any major issues whatsoever and I’ve lived here for a few years. I can never hear my neighbors. Super is great!

Cons

The split ac units use SO much energy that the bills are crazy here. Hundreds of dollars for summer and winter months.

Advice to the owners

Use better ac units.
