Thin walls here
Pros
My unit is updated and has a dishwasher. It is also rent stabilized
Cons
The walls are very thin and I can hear my downstairs neighbors yelling all the time. I’ve also found 3 cockroaches in my unit over the past year and the owner is slow to fix a plumbing issue. The super does not live in the building and is only available to fix things on weekday mornings.
Advice to the owners
Have a more available super

Pros
Good price, good location, good appliances, new floors in the apartment, lobby is nice, people are friendly, management fixes washers and dryers when needed, 5-10 mn walk to the R.
Cons
Neighbors downstairs are loud and constantly disturb us, we made multiple complaints but nothing has changed. The walls are thin so you can hear the people above and below you. We've had two bugs in the apartment as well. Hot water doesn't always work, and neither does the heat.
Advice to the owners
Address the noise problems with loud tenants.
