Nightmare on 74th street.

Pros:
Nothing to say here.
Cons:
Living in this building became progressively worse, no super, houseless people living in the basement, human feces in the lobby, broken elevator, horrible neighbors who would blast music, have parties where people would smoke and drink in the hallways, fight and instigate fights. Landlady told tenants to leave if they weren’t happy there. HORRIBLE.
