Great view of park slope
cellar was very dirty
Only looks good, especially when touring.
Renovation is purely for looks, building is incredibly old and you can hear outside and upstairs tenants' footsteps too well. We had a rodent issue for a long time and took management more than a month to respond with adequate inspection and pest control.
