Love the location, the water pressure/heat, and the very responsive super. Also very dog friendly and kept very clean.

Cons

If you live on the back side of the building you will smell halal munchies exhaust 24/7 and cannot open windows.

Put more pressure on halal munchies to fix exhaust

Quiet building, conveninently located, responsive and friendly super

Cons

Terribly small laundry room. Not enough machines and one is almost always not working. Also have to deal with inconsiderate neighbors that leave their clothes in the machines for a while.

Advice to the owners

Expand laundry room to add more machines.
